Q: Will my insurance be accepted?
A: We accept most major insurances in this market; if we are not in-network with your benefits we will arrange convenient terms with you so that you do not have to make a quality of health care decision based on - in health care, you get what you pay for.
Q: I've had physical therapy before and it hurt or I didn't get results - why should LifeSpeed be any different?
A: Our therapists have many years of experience treating your particular condition, and we utilize only the latest technologies and evidence-based treatment methods to ensure comfortable, effective treatment
plans that get results.
Q: My doctor recommended a different physical therapy clinic, can I still come to LifeSpeed?
A: Where you go for physical therapy is ENTIRELY your choice; physicians will you refer to a clinic they know well, or perhaps one they are economically affiliated with. This does not ensure quality of care. Before selecting a physical therapist, do your homework - ask around.
Q: Will my care be coordinated with my physician?
A:
All patients are evaluated and a detailed report is sent to the referring physician to ensure they are involved in the therapy plan of care. We maintain open communications with the physician to keep them apprised of your plan of care and your progress.
